How do I get a copy of my invoice?

An invoice for every completed order is available on the Order Confirmation page immediately after you complete the checkout process. You can also access invoices for any orders you have placed with us on the ‘Your order history’ page when you are logged in to store.egress.com.

What is your refund policy?

We offer refunds to all online customers if cancelled within 14 days of the date of purchase.  After this period, subscriptions can only be cancelled through non-renewal.

How do I request a refund?

You can cancel your purchase and request a refund by contacting us at online.orders@egress.com and quoting your Order Number. Your order number will have the format O-XXXXXXXXXX.

When you purchase an Egress subscription, your access is immediately granted. You can cancel your purchase and request a refund within 14 days of the date of completing your order by contacting us at online.orders@egress.com and quoting your Order Number. What is auto-renewal?

Egress subscriptions purchased online are automatically renewed by default.  This means that unless you cancel them, at the end of their 12-month subscription period your subscriptions will automatically be extended without you needing to worry about them running out. 

By leaving the Auto-Renewal box checked when completing your purchase, you authorise this process.  You can turn off Auto-Renewal at any time – if you do, you’ll need to renew your subscription(s) manually.

When your subscription is due to expire, your preferred payment method will be billed to keep your subscription active. We’ll remind you about the upcoming payment beforehand via email.

Can I opt out of auto-renewal?

Yes, you can opt out of your auto-renewal up to 14 days before your renewal date if you are an individual user, and up to 60 days before your renewal date if you are a business customer. You can do this by contacting us via email at online.orders@egress.com during your license period, before these opt-out deadlines.

We will also remind you of your automatic renewal and upcoming payment via email at least 4 weeks before your opt-out deadline.
