If you try to open your Sent Packages from your Egress Desktop Client, you may encounter the following error message:

 

 

This error message can appear for the following reasons:

  • You currently do not have an internet connection.
  • You have recently changed your password and you not have logged out and signed back in with your new password.

 

How to resolve this error:

  • Check your network cable is seated correctly
  • Ensure your Network has connectivity
  • Log out of the Egress Client and log back in with your new password
