If you try to open your Sent Packages from your Egress Desktop Client, you may encounter the following error message:
This error message can appear for the following reasons:
- You currently do not have an internet connection.
- You have recently changed your password and you not have logged out and signed back in with your new password.
How to resolve this error:
- Check your network cable is seated correctly
- Ensure your Network has connectivity
- Log out of the Egress Client and log back in with your new password
