If you get the error message in the picture below, then this means you are trying to open an email that was not originally intended for you when it was sent.


This error usually occurs when you have received a secure email but upon logging into it, you have signed in with a different email address.

This can also happen if somebody has forwarded you a secure email, you will then need to request access from the original sender.


There are 2 options on how to 'fix' this error message:

  1. Log in with the email address that received the secure email.
  2. Click the 'Send Request' option to send an email notification to the sender an email notification, asking them to grant you access.
