You may see the below error when trying to access an email:
There are 2 possible reasons for this:
1. When opening an older email
If you are opening an old email, the link on the email will have been severed due to inactivity.
If this is the case, please forward the email from your inbox to: Open@reader.egress.com.
This will send you an automated email back which contains a new link inside for you to use to access the email.
2. When opening a new email
If the email is a very recent email then you will need to contact the sender of the email as it may not have uploaded fully at their end and they may need to re-send the email.
