If you are trying to send an email from Microsoft Outlook but you only see the Message Restrictions option available, this means your account is set to 'Read-Only'.

 

The below image is what you will be presented with as a 'Read-Only' account, within Outlook:

If you are not using the Egress Outlook Add-in but are using the Egress Client as a standalone application on your machine and you are a 'Read-Only' user, you will not have the 'Create Package' or 'Create Message' options available:

To have your user role changed, you will need to speak to the Administrator of the Egress Business Account that you are in.

This information should be readily available for you in your organisation, however, if you are unable to find out who your Administrator is, you can email Support@Egress.com and ask.
