When creating an account there are 3 stages:
- The 1st stage is filling in your email address, name and telephone number.
- The 2nd stage is setting a password and security questions.
- The 3rd stage is entering the security code that will be displayed.
The 'Create Account' button will remain grey until all stages have been completed.
To resolve this, you can try using a different browser or contact your internal IT department for additional support.
