Single Paid User

Your old account will remain on the system to allow you to maintain auditing functionality over your previously sent packages.

Please log a ticket with Support to transfer the remaining months of your subscription onto your new Switch account.

 

Business Account User 

The support contact in your business account will be able to set you up with a new Switch account.

When deleting the old Switch account from the business account, it is possible to transfer the packages over to your new account as part of this process.
