If you have received an access request via email, you can manage this by accessing the 'Access Requests' tab on the Switch app. Your screen may be similar to the image below:

Once you have selected this request, you should see a pending access request at the top of your screen:

Selecting 'Pending access requests' will allow you to see the person's name and email address along with a message if they have included one. 

You can now choose to 'Approve' or 'Deny' the user from accessing this email. Be sure to click 'Save' once you have finished.
