There are a variety of ways your computer can be connected to the Internet. We have tested Egress Switch in many different configurations and there should be no issues with the following environments:

  • Directly Connected to the Internet.
     
  • Behind a NAT firewall/router.

  • Behind Microsoft ISA server.

If you think you are experiencing a connectivity problem and are unable to sign in to the Switch network please contact your network administrator. Issues are generally specific to your network environment and can be easily resolved.
