There are a variety of ways your computer can be connected to the Internet. We have tested the Egress Client in many different configurations and there should be no issues with the following environments:
- Directly Connected to the Internet.
- Behind a NAT firewall/router.
- Behind Microsoft ISA server.
If you think you are experiencing a connectivity problem and are unable to sign in to the Egress network please contact your network administrator. Issues are generally specific to your network environment and can be easily resolved.
