If you have been asked to enable client logging for troubleshooting purposes, please navigate to the installation path. Typically this is in one of the following locations:
- 32 Bit: C:\Program Files\Egress\Switch
- 64 Bit: C:\Program Files (x86)\Egress\Switch
From here, please open SwitchSupport.exe
To enable client logs, click 'Enable full client logging'. At this point, you will be asked to restart the Egress Switch Tray. Choose to 'Restart Egress Switch'.
Egress logs are now enabled, with files writing to C:\EgressLogs by default.
